CCI has ordered an investigation by DG, on a complaint filed by Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) that OYO and Go-MMT for indulging in anti-competitive practices and abusing their dominant positions, thus leading to a denial of market access to Treebo and FabHotels.
