According to sources, CCI has approved the proposed acquisition of 100% of equity shareholding of Amtek Auto Limited by Liberty House, holding no AAEC in the relevant market.

In July, NCLT had approved the acquisition.

Liberty House is an investment holding company, incorporated in Singapore and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Liberty Global Holding Ltd.

Amtek Auto is an auto parts manufacturer.
